Michael S. Svoboda

(b. 1985, Chicago, Illinois).

American composer of mostly orchestral music.

Mr. Svoboda is self-taught as a composer. He studied violin privately with Julieta Mihai in Macomb, Illinois in 2007–08. He earned his BS in geography at Western Illinois University in Macomb in 2009 and has had postgraduate studies in a related field at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb since 2010.
